Dr. Tseng is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Board Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in breast reconstruction and cosmetic surgery. He was raised in Los Angeles where he attended Harvard-Westlake School and was a top-ranked tennis player on the US National Junior Tennis team. He earned his B.A. in Biology with a concentration in Economics at Columbia University, NY where he also played on the Varsity Tennis Team. He continued at Columbia University and received his M.D. He completed a combined residency in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at the University of Chicago Medical Center, IL. He then completed a combined fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery and Reconstructive Microsurgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Results of Dr. Tseng’s studies have been published in books, articles, and journals. Dr. Tseng has presented papers at the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery, American Society for Plastic Surgery, Plastic Surgery Research Council and World Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery among others. He has also published papers in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Reconstructive Microsurgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Clinics in Plastic Surgery.

Jason Roostaeian, MD, is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Plastic Surgery at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. Dr. Roostaeian, a Los Angeles native, obtained his undergraduate degree at UCLA with summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors. He then continued at UCLA for medical school where he earned the prestigious UC Regents Scholarship, “the UC’s highest recognition of academic excellence.” In medical school he received Alpha Omega Alpha honors, as well as the Longmire Medial which is awarded to the top graduating student in surgery. After completing his residency training, Jason was then chosen to pursue additional specialization in Advanced Aesthetic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Roostaeian, dedicated to the art and science of plastic surgery, then returned to the UCLA Plastic Surgery Division to complete a fellowship in Microvascular Surgery where he focused on breast reconstruction, as well as complex reconstruction of the head & neck, and lower extremity. Dr. Jason Roostaeian strives to continue his passion for being at the cutting edge of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, authoring over 50 peer reviewed articles and book chapters in leading plastic surgery text books and journals.

Christopher Crisera, MD, is an associate clinical professor and the director of microsurgery in the UCLA Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He specializes in state of the art breast reconstruction, oncologic reconstruction, and aesthetic surgery of the breast, body and face. Dr. Crisera joined the UCLA Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2005 after completing his plastic surgery residency and microsurgery fellowship at UCLA. He graduated from Harvard with honors in 1990 with a degree in English and American Literature and Language. He attended medical school at the University of California, San Diego and subsequently completed his general surgery residency at the University of California. Dr. Crisera is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Andrew L. Da Lio, MD, is Clinical Professor and Chief, in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His clinical expertise is in reconstructive microsurgery and cosmetic surgery, with a major emphasis on breast reconstruction and aesthetic procedures. He received his M.D. from the University of Michigan Medical School, completed his general surgery residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, plastic surgery residency at L.A. County-USC Medical Center and fellowship in reconstructive microsurgery at UCLA.

Jaco Festekjian, MD, an associate clinical professor of surgery in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, has a wide range of expertise is aesthetic and reconstructive surgery with significant emphasis on breast reconstruction. He received his plastic surgery training at Indiana University School of Medicine and a microsurgery fellowship at the Mayo Clinic.
